Here’s a simple rule to follow:
Take your body weight and divide by 2.
Take the answer and divide by 8.
That is approximately how many 8oz glasses of water you should be drinking per day.
Ex: Your body weight is 160
160/2 = 80
80/8 = 10
You should drink a minimum of 10 glasses of water per day!
*Now remember to consider the other factors above. By adding a minimum of 2 extra glasses to your total, this should help to replenish your body. |
